About us

Stephen and Denise have been working together to build a company that is known for its quality, not its size. Trying to be the biggest has never been their philosophy; slow growth and high-quality are far more important attributes. With this philosophy, Langley Construction has been able to balance business, family, and community in order to continue a legacy that two children can build upon and that they can all be proud of.

Trevor graduated from the University of Maine’s Engineering School in 2010 but his experience spans far outside the construction industry. Trevor returned home from serving our country as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corp in 2014 and the experience he gained while in service has made him an excellent leader and an extremely valuable superintendent. He has a lifetime of construction experience and some of his recent projects are three of our self-storage facilities and the construction of a stand-alone, timber frame retail space.

Rebuild Of Slaughterhouse Destroyed In 2017 Fire Completed

Langley Construction recently completed the Lemay and Sons Slaughter House in Goffstown two years after it burnt to the ground.

“I had the pleasure of working with Stephen and Denise Langley on a very unique remodeling project for our company. Stephen and Denise met every challenge with confidence and a can-do spirit. Every phase of the job was completed with quality and professionalism. Price and scheduling were always a primary concern and the Langley’s attention to those two items are second to none. I recommend anyone in need of their services to give them an opportunity to make you and your company shine.”

– Tom Smith, Property Manager at Copart Inc.

“Our relationship with Langley Construction Company is approaching twenty years. From interior finish work to the construction of manufacturing and warehouse space, they have done it all for us. Stephen Langley and his management have a proven track record of top performance, competitive pricing, and quality workmanship.”

George H. Evards

President, G.H. Evarts & Co., Inc.

“In 2000, Langley Construction was the contractor for the development of Bonneville and Son 38,000 square foot Dealership. Since the bid was awarded to Langley Construction, the owners and managers of Bonneville and Son have not ever had an opportunity to regret their decision. The building has always, and still gets the highest marks from Bonneville and Son customers and Chrysler representatives on its curb appeal, accessibility, and professional appearance. More importantly, Mr. Langley has maintained his accessibility and communication whenever a question has been raised in relation to the facility. To this day, 13 years after construction was completed, he still personally comes to the store to answer questions or assist with repairs. In a day when all we hear about is shoddy work and lack of communication, he maintains a reputation second to none.”

John S. Berry

General Manager, Bonneville and Son, Inc.
